Providing and applying polymer modified micro-surfacing treatment over existing bituminous pavement using calibrated micro-surfacing machines, including surface preparation, mixing, laying, and finishing as per IRC:SP:81 and MoRTH specifications.
Cleaning of pavement surface using mechanical broomers/air compressors, crack sealing, pothole repairs, and correction of minor surface irregularities to ensure proper bonding and performance of micro-surfacing layer.
Designing and supplying approved mix comprising polymer modified bitumen emulsion, graded aggregates, cement, water, and performance additives. Laboratory testing and job mix formula preparation as per IRC guidelines.
Application of micro-surfacing for rut correction and profile improvement prior to final surface course, ensuring uniform riding quality and restoration of pavement geometry.
Deployment of traffic diversion plans, signage, barricading, and safety personnel during execution to ensure minimal disruption and safe working conditions.
Field density checks, mix consistency monitoring, break time verification, surface texture inspection, and compliance testing as per approved quality control plan (QCP).
